Training is a huge part of my life so becoming a personal trainer was an easy choice. 

I’ve now been working in the industry as a personal trainer for over six years, helping many clients achieve weight-loss, improve mobility, build strength, muscle and confidence. I’m a strong believer that you should practice what you preach, always learning from my own experiences – By pushing myself to compete in both Bodybuilding and Kickboxing.
